How long do I have to wait for my
ADA application to be
certified?
Once the completed application
in received by our SMART ADA Coordinator a
determination is made within 21 days. You
will receive notification of the
determination in writing.

How do I
schedule a ride on a
Connector?
For an
Advanced Reservation call 866-962-5515, listen for the prompt for
Connector/Small Bus; then Connector Reservations. Call no more than two (2) days in advance to
schedule a ride and six (6) days in advance for
medical reservations.
Rides are available to anyone on a first come first
served basis, but limited to a
pre-determined geographical area

Fares are $2.00 for the general
public/students and $1.00 for
disabled/seniors.
What if I miss my
Connector/Small Bus or it doesn’t show up?
Call
866-962-5515
Connector/Small Bus and listen for the
prompt for Same Day Service/Cancellation.
You will then be connected with the
dispatcher.

referred to as
Connector Service
which
includes:
Job Express,
Advanced
Reservation,
Flexible Route Service and
Dial-A-Ride
SMART also provides service according to the

Fares are $2.00 for the general
public/students and $1.00 for

How much does it

to ride
SMART?
Fares vary depending on
which of the SMART Family of Services you
are using. Look under
Ride SMART
tab and click on the
Fares & Passes link. This will give you
prices for the Fixed Route Service and SMART
Connector fares for Regular, Seniors,
Students, Youth and ADA passengers. Rates
for Job Express, Park & Ride and Transfers
are also listed. If
you are traveling on the Community Transit
bus fares will vary depending on your
community. Please check under the
Ride SMART
tab, click on
Services by Community, select your city
and the fares will be listed along with other important information.
