Do you have a map of all the SMART routes?
Maps for Downtown and Midtown Detroit along with an System map can be found under the Ride SMART tab under maps. Individual route maps can be found under the Ride SMART tab, click on Routes and Schedules , find your route number then click on Get Route Map. Route maps are also available at any SMART Bus Pass Outlet or by calling 1-866-962-5515.

What colleges/universities are on your routes?
Under the Ride SMART tab, click on Places Served by SMART for a listing of colleges and universities on our routes. Note: the route number is located next to each listing. Remember to check under Routes and Schedules to see if this route services your area

What is Fixed Route bus service?

SMART’s Fixed Route Service is large bus service with specific numbered routes that remain intact. The routes have scheduled times that are also fixed for pick up and drop off along designated routes.

What number can I call for route information? Is there an after hours number?
The Customer Information Office (866-962-5515) is open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Currently, there is no after hours phone service.

Where can I find information on any route changes?
Information can be found on the home page under View Service Bulletins in the lower right hand corner of the page. You can also find information under the Ride SMART tab in the Service Bulletins link. Sign up with My SMART and have updates and route changes sent directly to your e-mail.
