How do I schedule a ride? 
For an Advanced Reservation call 866-962-5515, listen for the prompt for Connector/Small Bus; then Connector Reservations. Call no more than two (2) days in advance to schedule a ride and six (6) days for medical.
Rides are available to anyone on a first come first served basis, but limited to a pre-determined geographic area

How early should I have the bus pick me up?
If your destination is 15 minutes away from where you are, you should give yourself at least 30 minutes for travel time on the bus. Other customer could be picked up or dropped along the way to your destination. The longer the trip the more likely this will happen so be sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to your destination.

How much does it cost?
Fares are $2.00 for the general public/students and $1.00 for disabled/seniors.

Once I have a scheduled pick up time, when will the bus come?   
If the Customer Service Operator gives you an 11:00 a.m. scheduled pick up time, the bus could come as early as 10:50 a.m. or as late as 11:10 a.m., allow for a ten minute window before and after your scheduled time

What if I miss my bus or it doesn’t show up?
Call 866-962-5515 Connector/Small Bus and listen for the prompt for Same Day Service/Cancellation. You will then be connected with the dispatcher.

What if they don’t have the time I want?
Customer Service Operators will attempt to get you a ride although it may not be the exact time you requested. You need to be flexible with your schedule.

What is a Connector Service?
SMART offers (102) curb-to-curb small bus services referred to as Connector Services which include: Job Express, Advanced Reservation, Flexible Route Service and Dial-A-Ride. SMART also provides service according to the Americans with Disabilities Act
(ADA)
