Flexible Route Services

The Flexible Route Service gives passengers the unique ability to get a ride to a location that might otherwise be inaccessible. If your destination is too far a walk from the bus stop…in an industrial area where there are no sidewalks…this service will get you there.

Passengers can board a Connector bus at designated bus stops or call SMART to make arrangements to get picked up at other locations within the service area. Just tell the driver where your stop is along the route and the driver will take you there.

Passengers boarding at the bus stops pay SMART’s fixed route fare. Passengers boarding at other locations pay SMART’s Community Transit fare.
