HOW TO USE CONNECTOR SERVICE
This is a curb-to-curb service you may use to travel anywhere within designated service areas. To ride, you need to make a reservation one to two days in advance. For medical trips, reservations may be made up to six days in advance. nbsp; Customer Service Operators are on duty to take your call from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. Monday through Friday except major holidaysAfter the Customer Service Operator schedules your ride he/she will give you a pick up window of 30 minutes for the bus to arrive.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BOOK A RESERVATION:
When calling, please have the following information ready to give to the Customer Service Operator: the date of the trip; Appointment time and return pick up; Major intersection streets for pick up and destination and any mobility aids such as wheelchairs.
NO SHOW-CANCELATION POLICY:
It is the responsibility of the passenger to inform SMART if they will not use the service after it has been scheduled. Passengers that cancel service on four separate occasions in a one month period for non-emergency reasons or no show three times in a one month period or five times in a six month period can lead to probationary status and/or loss of service.
FARES:
The cost to ride the service for seniors and disabled is $1.00, Students and Adults are $2.00 and the A.D.A. cost is $3.00.
