Passes By Mail

With SMART's Savers Advantage, you save time and money by ordering your bus passes through the mail. SMART's 31 Day & Value Passes can be purchased any time during the month. If ordering the DDOT/SMART Regional Pass, mail in your order form by the 20th of each month. Bus passes can be purchased by check, money order, TransitChek® vouchers, VISA or Mastercard.

You may also charge your order over the phone by calling (313) 223-2186. SMART accepts VISA and MasterCard. Your order will be mailed to your home or job. Call (866) 962-5515 to have an order form mailed to you or download and print the order form from Pass Prices and Order Form.
