How to Ride Flexible Route Services

Flexible Route Services pick passengers up from scheduled bus stops (timepoints) and drop them off at any requested location within the designated area.  As you board the bus, just tell the Driver where you would like to be dropped-off.  This way, Flexible Routes combine regularly scheduled timepoints with the convenience of buses providing personalized service.
Some Flexible Routes also allow you to be picked-up at locations other than timepoints by calling SMART on the same day.
