How to Use Dial-A-Ride

This is a same day, curb-to-curb service which you may use to travel anywhere within the designated service area.  On the day you want to travel, call when you are ready to go and the next available bus will be dispatched to pick you up. The bus should arrive within 60 minutes of your call (advance reservations are not taken).

Calling to book a trip

When calling, please have the following information ready to give the Dispatcher:

• Pick and destination addresses
• Major intersection streets near the pick-up and destination
• Any needed mobility aids such as a wheelchair

Fares

The Dispatcher will let you know the fare ($1.00 for seniors and people with disabilities, $4.00 for others).

Please be ready

Please be ready for your pick-up when the bus arrives.
