MyConnector is an automated phone and internet system that allows you to create an account to access your personal Connector information every day, any time! It’s a quick and easy way to book*, confirm and cancel rides on SMART Connector.
Setting Up Your Account
Please have the following information ready to set up your account:
- Name & address
- E-mail address
- Birth date
- Addresses of up to nine places you will likely travel to using SMART Connector
Your new account will be ready within three business days after receipt of your registration. You will receive confirmation of your registration that includes your client number and password. Your client number and password will be necessary to access your MyConnector account.
Below are few things to keep in mind when scheduling a Connector ride.
My Connector online bookings are for the SMART service area only which includes all of Macomb County, southeast Oakland County and parts of western Wayne County. Connector trips are generally short in nature and stay within a small geographic area. To see a list of communities SMART serves, click here. All ADA rides must be scheduled by calling Customer Service.
For full fare, $4.00 general Connector rides, trips must begin or end more than one-third (1/3) of a mile from fixed route service to be eligible for Connector service. The one-third (1/3) mile guideline only applies to full fare rides and does not apply to older adults, persons with disabilities or ADA riders.
Please be sure all address and city names are correct when creating destinations. Incorrect destination addresses will not be created.
