Tips to Stay Healthy this Winter
Winter is approaching and with it, the dreaded flu season. Here are a few reminders to avoid getting sick and have a healthier season
- Wash your hands as often as you can, especially before eating. Avoid touching your face throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is a great on-the-go option, too.
- Sanitizing wipes are a good thing to have on hand. When you arrive at work for the morning, wipe down your work area to clean away the germs that accumulated over the past 24 hours. They’re also ideal for wiping down any door handles, phone receivers and buttons or steering wheels when you drive.
- If you like chicken noodle soup, then definitely help yourself when you feel down. Studies show this comforting soup actually makes a difference and helps fight colds. So even if your mom isn’t around to make you soup, heat up some from a can and feel better!
