At SMART, we’re all about helping seniors and people with disabilities connect—to work, school, shopping, and to friends and family. One of the ways we do that is through our Connector Service, an advance reservation, curb-to-curb, service operated by SMART.
Connector service operates, Monday – Friday 6a.m. – 6p.m. in pre-defined geographic areas. Rides are available on a first come, first served basis and reservations are required. A six day notice is recommended for medical appointments and a two day notice for other destinations.
For customers who live more than 1/3 mile from a Fixed Route, SMART Connector is a great way to get to any suburb in the SMART community. Be sure to read about how to set your advanced reservation ride via phone or MyConnector. Plan with confidence, because SMART can get you there!
