Due to the NFL Draft activities in downtown Detroit, Route 261 FAST Michigan will be on detour beginning Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 8:00 pm, through Monday, April 29, 2024, at 6:00 am as follows:

Eastbound: Regular route on eastbound Michigan Ave to 3^rd Ave, left 3^rd Ave, right Bagley Ave, right Cass Ave; last stop is on southbound Cass Ave before Michigan Ave, across from Rosa Parks Transit Center.

Westbound: Route will begin at AT&T stop on westbound Michigan Ave and Cass Ave, continue on regular route.

Passengers traveling within the downtown area may transfer to/from the Detroit People Mover Times Square or Michigan Station.

Eastbound: Will operate on regular route.

Westbound: Route will begin at the bus stop on westbound Congress just west of Beaubien, right Washington, regular route.

Effective immediately, the FAST stop on eastbound Michigan Ave, just west of 10^th has been temporarily relocated westward in front of the Marathon gas station, due to construction in the area.
