Service Bulletins

Due to construction on Lafayette Ave south of 11 Mile Rd, Route 460 Woodward, and Routes 730 Ten Mile and 740 Twelve Mile trips scheduled to serve Royal Oak Transit Center will not serve the transit center beginning Monday, April 29, 2024, until further notice. Route 460 will instead stay on Woodward Avenue and Routes 730 and 740 will keep straight on 11 Mile to Woodward.

Detailed detours are as follows:

Routes 460:

Northbound: regular route to Washington, continue straight past Washington to 11 Mile, regular route.

Southbound: regular route to 11 Mile, continue straight past 11 Mile to Washington/10 Mile, regular route.

Route 730:

Eastbound: Regular route from 10 Mile to northbound Woodward, continue straight past Washington, right 11 Mile past Lafayette, regular route.

Westbound: Regular route on 11 Mile to Lafayette, keep straight past Lafayette, right Woodward, left first turn back to southbound Woodward, keep right at Washington to Zoo stop, regular route.

Route 730 passengers may use any stop along Woodward to board and deboard.

Route 740:

Eastbound & Westbound: Regular route to Lafayette, keep straight past Lafayette, regular route.

Beginning Monday, April 22, 2024, the following routes will experience time changes to their schedules:

125 Fort Street/Eureka, 140 Southshore, 160 Downriver, 210 Michigan Ave, 305 Grand River, 420 Southfield, 430 Main St, 560 Gratiot, 563 FAST Gratiot, 610 Kercheval/Harper, 740 Twelve Mile, 760 Thirteen/Fourteen Mile, 780 Fifteen Mile, 790 Pontiac Crosstown, 796 Perry/Opdyke.

Due to construction on westbound Grand River Ave, east of Wixom Rd, Routes 305 Grand River and 740 Twelve Mile Crosstown will be on detour effective immediately until further notice as follows:

Northbound 305 and Westbound 740:  Regular route to Beck Rd, right Beck Rd, left West Rd, left Wixom Rd, right Grand River Ave, regular route.

Southbound 305 and Eastbound 740:  Will operate on regular route.

Due to construction at the corner of Sherman Dr and Lafayette Ave, Routes 430 Main Street-Big Beaver, and 740 Twelve Mile Crosstown will be on detour beginning Monday, April 8, 2024, until further notice as follows:

Southbound and Northbound 430 & Eastbound and Westbound 740:  Regular route to southbound Lafayette Ave, past Sherman Dr, left though parking lot behind Royal Oak Transit Center, right Sherman Dr, regular route.

Passengers desiring to board and deboard at the Royal Oak Transit Center Sherman Dr bus stop may do so at the temporary bus stop located on Sherman Dr, just south of the Transit Center.
