The Oakland County Commissioners approved placing the Oakland County Transit 10-year millage proposal on the November 8, 2022, ballot to expand SMART and other transportation services countywide. The ballot measure will also contribute to the operation of local communities’ transit services that partner with SMART to share the responsibility of community transit within each city.

All communities in Oakland County will benefit from SMART services upon passage of the Oakland County Public Transportation proposal!
