You may change your personal settings, change your personal information, delete your account, or request to stop receiving correspondence at any time by visiting the registration page (Login) and clicking on the "Edit My Profile" link or, in the event you do not have an online account, by sending a written request to SMART customer service staff. You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages related to our service at any time by texting “STOP.” If you are a SMART rider that has opted in to receive SMS/text messages or other communications related to our service, your information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Purchasing

In order to make a purchase on the SMART website, you will need to provide SMART with certain personal information. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, credit card number, and shipping and billing information.

Employment

In order to submit an application for employment on the SMART website, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, telephone number, employment history, education information, social security number, driver's license number, and date of birth.

Business Registration

A business entity attempting to register on the SMART website will be required to provide information which may include, but is not limited to, name, address, email address, telephone number, and state and federal tax identification numbers.
