SMART has been impacted due to a recent spike in Covid related illnesses affecting 10% of services. We are closely monitoring this evolving situation and are working hard to ensure as much service is on the road as possible. We will provide updates online at and through our social media channels. Please be sure to monitor these resources for updates!

For additional assistance, call Customer Care at (866) 962-5515 with new extended hours from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. weekdays, Saturday and Sunday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m..

What this means for you

Unfortunately, this may lead to a delay in service. Before heading outside to wait for your bus or help you figure out your best transit options try one of these mobilty apps. They will provide the most up-to-date real time arrival information available. Take a moment and download one of these apps today!

It’s also a good idea to leave for important meetings and appointments early to give yourself more time in case there is a service disruption.

What can you do

We still need to work together to keep each other safe. If you’re feeling sick, experiencing any flu or allergy-like symptoms, please stay home. As required by the Federal Transit Administration, wear your mask for the entire duration of your trip. Do not eat or drink while on the bus or participate in any other activity that requires the removal of your mask.

Be patient with each other and our drivers!
