SMART Nominating Committee and Board Meeting - September 22nd - LOCATION CHANGE

SMART will hold on September 22, 2022, the Nominating Committee Meeting at 1:30 p.m. and the SMART’s Board of Directors meeting at 2 p.m. at SMART’s Oakland Terminal located at 2021 Barrett Dr, Troy, Michigan 48084. Virtual attendance is strongly encouraged, and full public participation is still available via Zoom. All physically present at the meeting must adhere to the following:

• Masks are recommended in indoor public transportation settings and encouraged. Please respect anyone needing or choosing to wear one.
• People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask or attend virtually.
• Pass a temperature check and a complete health screening questionnaire before entering the Board room.

Members of the public may also submit a written comment to be read during the Public Comment period by emailing SMARTBoard@smartbus.org by 1:45 p.m. on the day of the meeting. • Written comments via email. The Board Secretary will read any submitted comments
