Service Description: Curb-to-curb advance reservation service. Rides are available on a first come, first served basis.
Service Area: Within a 10 mile radius of your beginning destination.
Service Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Reservation Requirements: Call to reserve trip. For medical trips, passengers may call up to 6 days in advance. All others may call up to 2 days in advance.

Groesbeck Flex Route

Service Description: Same day timepoint and route deviation service along Groesbeck corridor.
Service Area: Along Groesbeck Hwy. South of Hall Rd., North of
Eight Mile, West of Gratiot, East of Shoenherr
Service Hours: 4:55 a.m. - 6:35 p.m.
Reservation Requirements: No reservation is needed to board at timepoint. For 
pickups other than designated timepoints call Dispatch.

Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

SMART provides ADA Paratransit service in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties for people whose disability prevents them from using SMART’s regular Fixed Route bus service. ADA Service is an advance reservation service providing curb-to-curb transportation to/from any address that is ¾ of a mile or less from a SMART regular Fixed Route bus stop. Service Description

Transportation Services Provided: Curb to curb, Senior Shopper
Service Area:

Curb-to-curb: non emergency, demand response service for anyone travelling within the city limits of Mount Clemens

Senior Shopper: Site to site service for residents of Clemens Towers, Clinton Place and Park Place Towers; this is an approximate 30-minute scheduled route for shopping and business purposes. The Senior Shopper makes stops along its route to downtown businesses, Rite Aid, Meijer/adjacent businesses.  On Tuesdays, the Senior Shopper makes stops at Dollar Tree, Walmart, Menard's and adjacent businesses. On Thursdays, the Senior Shopper makes stops at Family Dollar, Value Center, Kroger and adjacent businesses.

Service Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.  Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Trip Reservation Requirements:

For Medical and work trips, call 90 minutes to one week in advance.
For general service, First Call, First Served.  Riders need to be prepared to leave when they call for a ride. Rides are scheduled according to the availability of service vehicles.
